Description: 

This 4-day course is designed to train individuals to prepare a legally sufficient enforcement case. Students will: • select the most appropriate and applicable violation • access and differentiate between Acute and Critical violations • demonstrate uniformity in the preparation of Enforcement Cases • provide appropriate supporting evidence • obtain FMCSA guidance and policy through e-FOTM • use standard language when completing enforcement cases • utilize computer software needed to prepare an enforcement case • use the appropriate Penalty Schedule to assess and assign a penalty amount
