This Guard section of this training will provide you information for using the regulation data base as a standalone program, including to search for regulations using the regulation number as well as searching by words.  Both the Guard and e-FOTM programs can be accessed from the same application. You will be able to access the e-FOTM to find the Inspection Manual and the Compliance Manual. The e-FOTM will provide you requirements, policies, sample sizes and guidance to complete both offsite and onsite investigations. . Both of these programs will assist you in completing you jobs while following agency and regulatory guidelines.
