    Description

    This course provides instruction to the Skill Performance Evaluation (SPE) Certification Specialist on how to prepare, administer, and score the SPE under the Driver Waiver Program (DWP). This course also covers preparing the narrative portion of the analysis matrix and performing a vehicle evaluation of handicapped driver vehicle operations.

    Objective

    Upon completion of this course, participants will understand how to prepare, administer, and score the SPE portion of the driver waiver evaluation process.

    Target Audience

    Federal employees responsible for conducting commercial driver’s license skills tests and/or seeking to conduct SPEs

    Prerequisites for Attendance

    Must be employed by the federal government and responsible for conducting and/or monitoring the DWP
