    Description

    This course teaches federal personnel how to safely inspect passenger-carrying vehicles in accordance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR) and the North American Standard (NAS) Passenger Vehicle Inspection Procedures. The curriculum features comprehensive instruction on passenger-carrying vehicles and passenger-carrier operations, regulations applicability, and inspections.

    Objective

    Upon completion of this course, participants will have the requisite skills and technical proficiency to conduct inspections of passenger-carrying vehicles and passenger-carrier operations in accordance with the regulations while assuring the safety of passengers and the motoring public.
