Description:
The primary mission of the FMCSA is to reduce crashes, injuries and fatalities involving large trucks and buses. This is a comprehensive review of the regulations in 49 CFR Parts 383 and 384. Part 383: Commercial driver's license standards, requirements and penalties. Part 384: State compliance with the commercial driver's license (CDL) program. This workshop provides a good understanding of these requirements and provides you with tools to use to work with your State partner to achieve compliance.
