This video introduces the UCR Plan and how noncompliance is enforced in roadside inspections.  Duration: approx. 10 min.

Objective

Upon completion of this course, participants will understand the UCR Plan and its basic parameters, be able to distinguish interstate from intrastate commerce, and know the regulations cited for UCR noncompliance.
