Upon completion of this course, participants will be NTC-certified as having a thorough understanding of this course and able to teach it effectively.

Certified NTC NESA instructors who are unable to attend the in-person recertification course

Must be a current NTC-certified NESA instructor

Must contact NTC at NTC-Certification@dot.gov to schedule a qualification exam.
