    Description

    This course is designed for NTC-certified instructors seeking certification as Master Instructors. The curriculum focuses on building effective training techniques, accuracy when evaluating instructors using behaviorally anchored rating scales and coaching instructors to higher performance levels.

    Objective

    Upon completion of this course, participants will be certified NTC master instructors and be able to coach and evaluate instructors and instructor candidates in accordance with NTC standards.

    Certified NTC instructors

    Prerequisites for Attendance

    Must be currently certified as an Instructor in the Instructor Development Program (IDP) and accepted as a Master Instructor candidate
