This Guard section of this training will provide you information for using the regulation data base as a standalone program including, how to search for regulations by number or by searching by words.  Both the Guard and e-FOTM programs can be accessed from the same application. You will find access to the Inspection Manual as well as Mexico Domiciled Carriers. The e-FOTM will provide you agency requirements and policies. Both of these programs will assist you in completing you jobs while following agency and regulatory guidelines.
