    Description

    The Federal Program Specialist (FPS)/Enforcement Program Specialist (EPS) course is instructor-led training to prepare participants to fulfill the duties and tasks associated with the FPS, EPS and New Entrant Program Specialist (NEPS) positions. The goal of the course is to provide a common and consistent approach for investigation and enforcement processes across the FMCSA area of responsibility.

    Objective

    Upon completion of this course, participants will know how to complete the duties for their FMCSA area of responsibility while adhering to Agency standards.
