    Description

    This course provides a uniform understanding of the relationship between the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR) and the Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR) and details the requirements for successfully proving and prosecuting alleged violations of the regulations.

    Objective

    Upon completion of the course, participants will understand the procedures, requirements, techniques, and best practices for enforcement remedies, obtaining and managing evidence in an investigation, and preparing and executing intervention proceedings on permanent authority applications.

    Certified Safety Investigators, Safety Auditors and Federal Program Specialists
