Description

This course teaches FMCSA Academy students about commercial motor vehicle (CMV) criminal interdiction focus areas especially human trafficking. Participants will learn effective, legal techniques including interview skills for determining potential ongoing criminal activity. 

Objective

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to use the Rapid Assessment (RA) thought process and other techniques to recognize illicit contraband and/or other ongoing CMV criminal activity and report it to law enforcement.
