    This course is designed to provide New Federal Academy Safety Investigators and Border Inspectors techniques to remove themselves from dangerous or uncomfortable situations while conducting compliance investigation or roadside inspections.

    Objective

    This course will instruct participants techniques to assist them with removing themselvs from situations where a motor carrier or driver has become confrontational in an attempt to not get hurt. This course also provides guidance on how to handle having to leave equipment at a carrier's location.

    Target Audience

    Federal Academy Students.

    Prerequisites for Attendance

    Must be a Federal Academy Student.
