Advanced Roadside for HM in Golden, CO on 05/20/20

This course has been designed to train inspection personnel to inspect Hazardous Materials vehicles containing Explosives, Hazardous Waste, Infectious Substances and non-HRCQ Radioactive materials for compliance with the HMR.  

Upon successful completion of this course participants will be able to conduct in-depth HM inspections inclusive of all 9 HM Classes/Divisions.

This course is open to all Federal, State, MCSAP or local law enforcement personnel responsible for conducting Hazardous Materials inspections.

Inspectors shall possess a Certificate of Proficiency for conducting North American Standard Level I Inspection and North American Standard Hazardous Materials/Transportation of Dangerous Goods inspections (GHM). Host Agencies shall provide, or require students to bring, the most current version of the Hazardous Materials Regulations and OOS Criteria.
